Healthier Lyon County is funded by grants and supported locally by CrossWinds Counseling & Wellness. The mission of Healthier Lyon County is to support and encourage initiatives, policies, and resources to improve the health and well-being of residents of Lyon County. We are working collaboratively to make Emporia & Lyon County STRONG!
The Healthier Lyon County Coalition meets on the second Thursday of even months at 10:30 a.m. Our sub-group Family Resource Council meets on odd months. These meetings are public and open to all. To be added to the email list please contact: dmertens@crosswindsks.org
Healthier Lyon County impacts the communities in Lyon County by developing initiatives and programs to reduce risk and chronic disease and improve residents overall well-being.
